4. Payments and refunds All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because our courses are digital products with immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to withdrawal or refund under applicable consumer law for digital goods. 5. When you purchase artwork, prints, or digital products, you are purchasing the physical item or personal access to the content, not the copyright.

The artist retains all rights to:

• reproduce the artwork

• create prints or merchandise

• use images of the artwork for promotional purposes

• include the artwork in future publications or projects

The following actions are not permitted without written permission:

• copying or reproducing artwork

• selling or distributing copies of the artwork

• using artwork for commercial purposes

• sharing account access to courses with others

Product Representation

We make every effort to display artwork, prints, and products on Neginz.art as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on factors such as:

• monitor calibration

• lighting conditions when photographs were taken

• natural variations in materials

Because of these factors, the colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the artwork you receive.

Such minor differences are considered normal and do not qualify as a defect.
